A Surprising Gem in Santiago!
Though the initial room cards didn't work, the staff was quick to help. Breakfast options were good, and the overall ambiance was cozy. For future guests, don't hesitate to request assistance if needed!

The hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the GOLF metro station. I appreciated the comfortable Standard Double Room with superb beds. The staff were cute, especially Sebastian and Jose. Breakfast options were plentiful, with delicious breads, pastries, and a variety of savory dishes. I found the room a bit cramped for three adults, especially regarding storage space for clothes. The noise from the avenue outside was also noticeable during the evenings. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall atmosphere and support from the staff were nice. I'm definitely planning to return soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed incredible and satisfactory breakfasts, and immaculately clean hotel.
Location: the hotel was near Las Condes and the shiny and the Tobalaba subway station. We had goodies and coffee at Mokha Bunn, it was located short walk from the venue. The breakfast had a great selection of options, including pastries and yogurt.

Room very comfortable, well cleaned and plenty of space. Very comfortable, good breakfast (but please do not arrive in the early side... you may have to wait a bit).
Too noisy. The acoustic windows seem not to work and the traffic noise of Las Condes summed up to the electric fans of the restaurant and bar just in front made all nights a real nightmare. Asked to change rooms, it was done in my last night, but the change from room 607 to room 907 did not resolve the noise problem (well, it happened to reduce tIT, but just a bit).

The breakfast at Mr Express is an absolute game-changer, with warm bread and a spread that could make anyone drool! The location is a dream, just a stone's throw from fab eateries like Mokha Bunn and Ju Xian Lou, perfect for a foodie like me. Plus, the staff are cute.

Near good restaurants, in a very safe area of town.
Some of it was a bit dated.

Breakfast was included, and was fine.
The photo used on the website was misleading. It showed the three beds which were provided in this triple, and the hotel's glowing description of its facilities implied a level of comfort and furnishing not found in the room. In fact, there was no desk, chair, table, sofa or any other furniture, other than the three beds, a few lamps, a television and a mini-bar. The beds were on wheels and moved around a lot. The room had a surreal quality to it.

I could see the Andes from my window - wonderful! The breakfast products were quite good, even if there was not a big variety.
The first night there was awful cigarette smell in my room. But that was the only problem.
